The building is a plaster exterior two story, three double bedroom home built seven years ago to permanent residence standards for the current owners.

It accommodates two families in comfort.

Bedroom 1 is upstairs, has a king size bed, fold-down couch, large writing desk and its own balcony looking to the sea.

Bedroom two and three are downstairs, one has a queen size bed and the other has two sets of double bunks.

All blankets, duvets, pillows, provided.

Linen available at extra charge.

Sleeps 8 in total comfort. Extra mattresses and cot available.

Modern kitchen looks straight out to the beach. Large fridge freezer, microwave, oven etc.

Pantry is stocked with basic food stuffs at no extra charge.
